Delete Account

We're sorry to see you go. The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the BP Logger app. If you don't have access to the app, you can use the form below.

Self-Service Deletion (Recommended)

For immediate deletion, please use the BP Logger mobile app:

  1. Open BP Logger on your phone.
  2. Go to Profile (gear icon).
  3. Select Delete My Account.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to permanently delete your data.

Important: If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it through the App Store or Google Play Store before deleting your account to avoid further charges.

Make sure to download your data as a CSV from the Settings menu before you proceed, as this action is permanent and unrecoverable.

Manual Deletion Request

If you cannot access the app, please use this form. Requests via this form are processed manually and may take up to 30 days.

  1. Enter the email address you used to register in BP Logger in the form below.
  2. Optionally, let us know why you're leaving so we can improve the app.
  3. Complete the security verification.
  4. Click "Request Account Deletion".

Data Retention & Deletion

When you delete your account in BP Logger:

  • Your email address and all backed-up health data (readings, medications, notes) will be permanently removed from our secure servers (Firebase).
  • Active subscriptions will NOT be automatically cancelled. You must cancel them manually via the App Store or Google Play.
  • Any images uploaded for AI extraction or PDF generation are already automatically deleted within 24 hours of processing.
  • Locally stored data on your device will remain until you uninstall the app or delete it manually within the app settings.
  • Crash logs and error reports may be retained for up to 90 days for debugging purposes.
